Sort Mode in the Tarot Driver App allows Planners, Dispatchers, and Warehouse Managers to scan a barcode and instantly view the Run, Customer, and Sequence information related to that unit. This guide will walk you through the steps required to use Sort Mode effectively.
Step 1: Open the Tarot Driver App
Ensure you have the latest version of the Tarot Driver App installed on your device.
Step 2: Access App Settings
Navigate to the settings by clicking the cog icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Log In
Click Log In and enter your username and password. You must be logged in to access the Sorting Units feature.
Step 4: Return to Home Screen
After logging in, return to the home screen. You will now see additional options.Click on Sorting Units to enter Sort Mode.
Step 5: Scan a Barcode
Using your device's camera, scan the barcode on the unit. The app will automatically search the Tarot system for information related to the barcode.
Step 6: View Results
The app will display the results, showing:
Run: The delivery route assigned.
Customer Name: The customer associated with the delivery.
Sequence: The order in which the delivery should be made.
If needed, you can use the filter icon to adjust the search for a specific delivery day.
Tips:
Ensure proper lighting for accurate barcode scanning.
If the barcode is not recognised, verify the unit is correctly assigned in the system.
